WAXING

We offer two types of wax, hot wax (without using a strip) and warm wax (using a strip).

Wax will grab onto the hair and it is removed from the hair follicle, over time this will lessen the hair growth.

Due to the hair growth cycle, it can take up to 4 treatments (without shaving in between) to become totally hair free.

It is recommended to maintain a smooth appearance to return every 5-6 weeks.

AFTERCARE

• Sore, redness and small lumps are a totally normal reaction especially if it is the first time waxing the area and should last no longer then 24-48 hours.
• Avoid heat treatments and friction on the area for 24 hours.
• Avoid hot baths and showers.
• Avoid applying make up to the area for 24 hours.
• Avoid touching the area for 24 hours.
• Avoid tanning (false tan, sunbeds, sunbathing) for 24 hours.
• Avoid using perfumed products such as deodorant for 24 hours.
• To reduce ingrown hairs, exfoliate the area 2/3 times per week.
